Spousal support may also be granted when one spouse gave up his or her own resources or employment to support the other in their career path. Spousal support is on average decided through joint arbitration or through the result of a court of law.
Adoption
Adoption is the legal way of obtaining of a child by non-biological parents. Adoption is one path for couples. An adopted child is typically placed in homes by governmental or private agencies. Family members may also adopt a child in the case of the biological parents no longer being able to care for the child. Adoption is usually a very long and nerve-racking process.
